Through co-living and cross-cultural exchange, 4Seas provides participants with a shared space to experiment with key elements of network states, such as decentralized governance, identity, and economic models. The project aims to spark deep reflection among global citizens on the post-nation-state era and, through practical experiments, explore sustainable social structures and innovative governance models
